There are a variety of housing options available during the summer months. Everything from historic bed and breakfasts, to inns and hotels, to condos and larger mountain homes are available. There’s even great camping for the more adventurous types! Please use the links below for more information.

Hotels

Best Western Ptarmigan Lodge

This is a relatively standard hotel option, but it’s in a very nice location in Dillon right next to the lake. It’s walking distance from the ceremony spot, and has gorgeous views! We have a room block at this hotel so ask for the Laub-Sangiorgio Wedding when booking your room for a discounted rate.

Holiday Inn Frisco - Breckenridge

This hotel has the standard amenities you would expect, including an indoor pool. It’s on the Frisco side of town, right off the highway and next to the Ramada, with lots of food options and stores nearby. Main street is about a 5 minute car ride or 30 minute walk from this hotel. We have a room block at this hotel so ask for the Laub-Sangiorgio Wedding when booking your room for a discounted rate.

Ramada by Wyndham Frisco

This hotel is also on the Frisco side, with many amenities within walking distance. Some of the rooms have great views, and there are shared outdoor hot tubs available to guests who are staying there. Baymont by Wyndham Frisco Lake Dillon

This hotel is undergoing a complete renovation and might not be finished by our wedding date. We don’t currently have a room block reserved here. It’s possible rooms might still be available at a discounted rate, and once finished, this hotel will be the nicest in Frisco (complete with a rooftop bar/lounge). We would recommend calling the hotel as the weekend gets closer to ask about availability and price if you’re interested in staying at this location!

Hyatt Place Keystone

This is a fantastic hotel located about 10-15 minutes from Lake Dillon up by Keystone Resort. It has great amenities and views, and two rooftop hot tubs. We don’t have a room block here since it’s a little farther away from the wedding spot, but it’s a great choice if you’re okay with a short drive to Dillon and Frisco. Keystone Village is a lovely place to spend time, even in the summer!

Hotels: Main Street, Frisco

There are also a few motels/inns on Main Street in Frisco. While these are walking distance to the reception location, they are smaller and don’t have a ton of amenities. Think historic bed and breakfast types! They include: Hotel Frisco Colorado, Frisco Lodge, Frisco Inn on Galena and the Snowshoe Motel.

Hotels: Silverthorne

There are other hotel and inn options in the Silverthorne area, which is about a 10 minute drive to Frisco. These don’t have room blocks, but can be easily found on Hotels.com

Condos & Houses

Summit County always has a multitude of amazing condos and houses available for weekend getaways. Parties with a larger roster might want to consider this type of housing as as an option.
